should provide a platform for fair and

Oral communication, which is face-to-face communication with others, has
its own benefits. When people
communicate orally, they are able to interact; they can ask questions and even test their understanding of the message. In
addition, people can also relate and comprehend the non-verbal, which serves far more than words. By observing facial
expressions, eye contact, tone of
voice, gestures, postures, etc., one can understand the message better.
The only shortcoming of oral communication is
that more often than not it is spontaneous and if one communicates incorrectly, the message will not
get understood. It is primarily due to this reason, one need to develop effective oral
communication skills as a message; if not understood at appropriate time, can lead to disaster
