As I have mentioned earlier, our incredible human machine
has two types of muscles—voluntary muscles and non-voluntary muscles. While communicating,
if we notice and observe the non-voluntary
muscles carefully, then we can find
out whether a person is lying or not.
Non-voluntary muscles are those muscles which we cannot move as per our desires and commands. These have their own patterns as they are controlled by the nervous system. Our brain moves these muscles according to a preset program me installed by the Almighty. This cannot be changed knowingly to deceive any individual. These muscles have a set pattern and behave according to that. These muscles are found in eye pupils or eye balls or eyelids and heart beat, etc.
